The transfer window: Moscardo also heads to PSG, Varane wonders about Manchester

Two Brazilians for the price of one. On Sunday, we learned of an agreement for the transfer of central defender Lucas Beraldo, from São Paulo to Paris Saint-Germain. This Tuesday, Gabriel Moscardo is announced at PSG by the daily Le Parisien and the renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano. A “verbal agreement” worth €20 million would exist between PSG and SC Corinthians. Moscardo, an 18-year-old defensive midfielder, has been a regular starter for Corinthians for six months.

Downgraded to Manchester United, where he played 14 matches including 9 starts out of 26 possible, Raphaël Varane will perhaps not last forever across the Channel. According to L'Équipe, it is unthinkable, in the mind of the French defender, to continue with this situation next season. A departure this winter cannot be ruled out either. An agreement is close to being reached with FC Bruges for a loan with obligation to purchase. Buchanan will sign up for five seasons with the Serie A leader. He has notably made 6 appearances in the Champions League.
