Naples star striker Victor Osimhen, spared for his return from the African Cup of Nations, is not in the group which will face Genoa in the Italian Championship on Saturday (3:00 p.m.), the club said on Friday.

In a press release Napoli indicated that their player had carried out “personalized training” a “work which he will continue tomorrow”, Saturday, during the reception of Genoa.

Osimhen's last match with reigning champions Napoli was in the 2-0 defeat to Roma before Christmas, a match in which he was sent off. After 23 days (played) Naples is ninth in the standings and Genoa twelfth, six points behind.
