Ligue 2: Nicolas Seube appointed coach of Stade Malherbe Caen

Stade Malherbe Caen knows its new coach. As expected in recent hours, the Normandy team has officially appointed Nicolas Seube to succeed Jean-Marc Furlan. Aged 44, the former midfielder (or defender), who defended the club's colors for a long time (2001-2017), had been in charge of the reserve team for almost eighteen months.

“Nicolas Seube will lead his first session this Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. on the Venoix facilities. He will be accompanied in particular by Emmanuel Lepresle, historic physical trainer of the training center, he also joins the professional staff,” indicates the press release from the Norman club. As a reminder, it is Patrice Sauvaget who has been acting since the departure of Jean-Marc Furlan.

After 15 days of Ligue 2, Stade Malherbe Caen is in bad shape since it is in sixteenth position (16 points). Nicolas Seube will thus have the task of raising his favorite club.
