Ligue 1: Nice-PSG and Reims-OM staggered

The Professional Football League covers PSG and OM. In this case, the Board of Directors of the LFP has decided to adjust the calendar of the last two representatives of French football in the European Cup, Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, with the half on the 1st and 7 May against Dortmund, and Olympique de Marseille in the Europa League, a double confrontation against Atlanta on May 2 and 9. The two clubs will be able to rest peacefully between the first leg and the return leg: counting for the 32nd day of Ligue 1 (May 3 to 5), the Nice-PSG and Reims-OM matches are postponed to May 15, i.e. - say between the 33rd and 34th days of Ligue 1.

That's not all: Brest-Reims and Nice-Le Havre, matches of the 33rd round, have been brought forward to Friday May 10. The rest of the matches will take place in the form of a multiplex on Sunday 12. The LFP thus aims to “promote the progress of French clubs in European Cups considering that the improvement of France's UEFA index remains an essential objective”. The idea is therefore to put Paris and Marseille in “the best conditions for the semi-finals”. It is up to Parisians and Marseillais to take advantage of it.
