The French women's XV, defeated by England (42-21) last Saturday in Bordeaux on the last day of the Six Nations Tournament, will meet the "Red Roses" for a test match on September 7, the English Rugby Union (RFU).
This meeting, which will be held in Gloucester (England), will allow the two teams to prepare for the “WXV”, the new competition created by World Rugby last year, the second edition of which will be held in the fall of 2024, and for which both are qualified. England will host the next Women's Rugby World Cup from August 22 to September 27, 2025.
