Khéphren Thuram is back in Blue. The OGC Nice midfielder has just been called in as reinforcements by the coach of Didier Deschamps to compensate for the announced package of Eduardo Camavinga. The Real Madrid player, injured in the knee during training this Wednesday, suffered a sprain and returned to his club.
“Eduardo Camavinga, who had to cut short his training session on Wednesday, went for examinations in the evening, accompanied by Dr. Franck Le Gall, the French team doctor. The Real Madrid midfielder suffers from a sprained right knee. He is being made available to his club today,” said the press release published by the French team this Thursday morning.

Marcus Thuram's brother will wear number 6 and "will meet the group in Nice" on Friday. Before, perhaps, setting foot on the pitch of the Allianz Riviera which he knows very well, this Saturday against Gibralar as part of the Euro 2024 qualifiers. Eduardo Camavinga's package, coupled with that of Aurélien Tchouaméni before Deschamps' list, reinforces the possible tenure of Warren Zaire-Emery.
