Arrested throughout France and particularly in Nice, these people were placed in police custody, the same sources added, confirming information from Actu17. In addition to John Valovic-Galtier, adopted son of the former PSG coach, among those arrested, according to Actu17, are David Venditelli, former president of FC Bourg-en-Bresse-Péronnas and three official sports agents holding the license, Alexandre Bonnefond, David Xantier and Tristan Sauzon.

These arrests took place as part of the preliminary investigation opened in March 2022 by the Nice public prosecutor's office for "illegal exercise of the profession of sports agent", "forgery and use of forgery", "organized gang fraud", and “organized gang money laundering”.
