The Marble Palace is the most expensive mansion for sale in Dubai. It has been put on the market for 750 million dirhams, the equivalent of 189 million euros or 204 million dollars. It is located in the luxurious Emirates Hills neighborhood and has a constructed area of ​​more than 5,500 m2 and another 6,500 m2 of land. In the garden, its more than 50 trees and a small lake with a pavilion stand out.
