With 81% of the scrutinized votes, the PP wins the absolute majority

The results show that the PP is the winner of 56 seats with 79% of the votes. Vox is third with 14 and the PSOE comes in second with 32 seats. Andalusia would get 4 seats. Adelante Andalucia 2 would receive Ciudadanos, and Ciudadanos wouldn't have parliamentary representation. Remember that in order to attain an absolute majority, you must have 55 of the 109 seats comprising the Andalusian Parlament. Juanma Moreno would be able to govern without having to agree to any other formation.

The Popular Party finished second with 26 seats in the December 2nd 2018 elections. However, it was able to govern due to the support of Vox (12) and Ciudadanos (21). Juanma Moreno needed to agree with leaders from both formations in order to be elected president of the Junta de Andalucia. He would then double his representation at the Andalusian parliament.

After serving as president of Andalusian, he now wants to be able to govern himself alone. GAD3's latest survey for Canal Sur shows that he has an absolute majority, so it is not necessary to agree to form a government in Andalusia.

In the previous elections, the PSOE won 33 seats. This is the same result as in the current elections where half of the votes were counted. It is now the second most voted force, whereas it was the first in previous elections. Ciudadanos, or Cs, is the most electorally disadvantaged. With 3.09% of votes, it remains outside the Andalusian Parlament where it gained 21 deputies three-and-a-half years ago.
