Trump goes outside of Congress with corona-using

president of the UNITED states, Donald Trump, says at a news conference that he will bypass Congress to implement a series of measures to stimulate the economy in light of the continuing crisis, the covid-19 has tripped.

In a long speech, says the president, that he via 'executive order' - a presidential instruction - will implement four measures. Thus, he goes outside of the american parliament - Congress.
