The National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) has reportedly launched a preliminary investigation into the agreement entered into by the Professional Football League with the Luxembourg investment fund CVC, claims L'Equipe. Approved on November 24, the deal provides for the lifetime transfer of 13% of French football revenues against a cash contribution of 1.5 billion euros.
