Manager Ralph Hasenhüttl has signed a new four-year contract with the Premier League club Southampton, as he is now tied to the club until the summer of 2024.

Southampton, who have the danes Jannik Vestergaard and Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the squad, retrieved Ralph Hasenhüttl to the club in december 2018 as the replacement for the sacked Mark Hughes.

He did frisag in the Premier League-bottom in the first season with Southampton. The club is number 14 in the current season, in the league later in the month resumes after coronapausen.
