Cooltural band contest registration is now open

Cooltural Fest's fifth edition is currently in progress. We are making preparations to return to a regularized edition. Another one of the most anticipated events for emerging bands and artists was added. The organization has extended the registration period for its contest for band competitions. These had attracted nearly 200 soloists and groups from across Spain.

If you are interested in participating, bands can submit a proposal. You will be playing alongside artists like Rozalen Rozalen and Izal. Crash Music and the Department of Culture and Education of Almeria City Council have created this festival as a new attraction. It is one of the most well-known events on the music circuit.

The bands can register through the official website of the festival (www.coolturalfest.com) where all the bases are also found. Friday, July 8th at 11:59 pm. The registration period ends. To be considered by the organization, proposals must be submitted along with a YouTube video.

You must upload a clip of a song or theme from the band. Videos that contain only one image of the group, or multiple images of the band, or any audiovisual content owned or controlled by the band, will not be accepted. Videos that are copies or versions of another artist's videos will not be accepted. Videos and/or songs that are xenophobic, homophobic, or other content that violates individual freedoms of others will be removed.

After confirming the registration, the organization will choose 20 bands from all of the valid proposals to begin the voting phase. The organization will then conduct a first check to ensure that all bands have completed the registration correctly and choose the 20 that they believe should be included in the voting phase.

The 20 bands selected will be made available to the public on July 9th, and then the second phase will commence. The second phase will see participation of both the public as well as an expert jury consisting of professionals in the sector.

Through the Festival's official website, the public will vote for the best bands. All registered fans will be able vote for any group they like, and can view their videos before voting. This score will be added onto the professional jury's score.

The winner band will be announced July 19, and they will perform at the festival. They will also receive 500 Euros in compensation for expenses.
