Buried – in the red-hot lime

"Jacob heard Andrew's cry for help: Without him I would have died."

"A hot avalanche gushed over him. Andreas Neuman, 26, was buried alive in the glowing lime. When the skin melted the pain was so terrible that he just wanted to die."

"Then came to the rescue. The welder Jacob Vallin, 21, heard the cries for help."

"On 22 december 2007, everything changed in an instant. Andreas ended up over my colleague and shielded him with his body. The chalice was like quicksand, and despite the fact that Andreas was a muskelpaket at just over 100 kilos, he could not move."
