“Depardieu is a big pig”: Benoît Poelvoorde’s house tagged

“We don’t like Depardieu, he’s a big pig.” In capital, black letters, these words were tagged on a wall of the house of actor Benoît Poelvoorde in Namur in Belgium, Friday December 29, reports the Belgian press agency Belga. A tag quickly erased during the day, according to Sud Info.

Benoît Poelvoorde is one of the signatories of the column in support of Gérard Depardieu published in the columns of Le Figaro on December 25, alongside Nathalie Baye, Pierre Richard, Emmanuelle Seigner and Carole Bouquet. They call not to “erase” Gérard Depardieu, accused of rape and sexual assault, after a resounding documentary on the program Complément d’investigation broadcast at the beginning of the month.
