Sons charged with murder: I have woken in a nightmare

A mother has lost her son forever, and another mother is now in a situation where two of her children has been jailed for the brutal killing of a 28-year-old man in Nordskoven 50 metres from the Haslevej to the north of Rønne on Bornholm.

The very unhappy mother declined Wednesday friendly Extra the Magazine's question about whether she would comment on the matter since we met her at her residence.

- I am deeply unhappy about the situation, and I sympathise with the deceased's family, she said simply, and added:

- I have woken up in a nightmare that doesn't disappear.

Her sons, aged 23 and 25 years were arrested in the course of the day Tuesday, after the 28-year-old victim was found dead by a passer-by by a covered bålhytte Tuesday morning at 06.11.

But it appears from the charges read out in the open part of the hearing that the 28-year-old was killed in the period between the at 00.39 and 06.11. The brothers exposed according to police, their victim for the blow with, among others, the fists, rafter and bottles, like he was hit by multiple stabbings.

He was also, according to the charges, a knee pressed against his neck.

The two brothers was after lengthy questioning, the court remanded for four weeks on a reasonable suspicion that they are guilty of the charge. They recognize the serious acts of violence, but refuses to commit the killing.
