Judge determines: Not bullying to fart on colleagues

the 56-year-old David Stallion chose to sue the company, where he previously was employed, 1.8 million australian dollars, and described in court how his colleague Greg Short could find to 'lift up his butt and fart on him'.

the Colleague's behavior had given him tremendous stress, explained David Stallion.

- I would sit with my face against the wall, and he would come into the room, which is a small room with no windows, and he would fart behind me and go, explained the aggrieved husband.

He told also of the court that he was convinced that there was a conspiracy, where the goal was, that he should say his job in with the company Construction Engineering.

In the first instance, the court ruled that there had been a talk about bullying. But David Stallion felt, he had got a fair trial, and tried, therefore, 'happiness' again.

today, Friday, an appeals court also denied that he, even if his claims about the colleague's spiteful tarmgas-actions is true, even been subjected to bullying. It writes among other Independent.

David Stallion has not, however, going to stop here. He has now appealed the case to Australia's højesteretsdomstol.
