Felanmälda escalators could not be turned off

Since the city line was opened in the summer of 2017, it has continuously reported about the problems with the escalators, for both Stockholm City and Odenplan. Over 4,000 of these have been assessed as acute and just over 2.600 of the notifications has been about escalators that don't go to start. An error is regarded as acute when it can cause risk to person or property, or if it can lead to traffic forced to shut down.
