Facebook criticised in drabssag: Here is the answer

In connection with the the criticism has Facebook sent the following comment on email to Ekstra Bladet:

'We applaud not libel or æreskrænkelser and take it seriously, when people are exposed to it, notify it to us. Our guidelines protect against attacks directed at personal characteristics such as gender, race and ethnicity, but we allow more debate and discussion, when it is intended behavior, because we basically rarely have the full picture to determine what is true or false.

on the other hand, talk about death threats, calls for violence, or anything that exposes any of the real danger, we have absolutely zero tolerance and remove it with the same.

Our global community sets out a framework for what is allowed and not allowed on Facebook. Libel and æreskrænkelser are legal issues which both defined and enforced differently from country to country all over the world.
