Every third church employee has faced ill-treatment during the year

Almost as many are prepared to recommend their employer.

This turns out Kevan, of Public sector well-being at work survey. it was the target of the evangelical-lutheran church, the municipal sector and state employees.

the atmosphere to keep the community in good or excellent 62% of respondents and 75% felt able to trust the people in his work community.

Ill-treatment in the work community during the year experienced every third employee.

Two of the three church field worker is still happy with his supervisor, keeping his activities a balanced and fair and get help and support from their supervisor when they need it.

Experience the possibility to influence work-related matters remains high (73 %). Also, estimates of the occupational well-being development are positive. Half of the respondents considered that being at work is developed in my own work clearly or somewhat better direction.

Church employees, about four out of five feels that their skills in relation to job requirements is appropriate.More than 70% of the respondents reported employer encourage professional development.
