Advice on bullying to students : when there is a conflict, when is it bullying?

bullying happens at every school. I'm skeptical, if schools claim that in them there would be no cases. My school carries the label "school without bullying", but this means only that we write to us in the fight against exclusion on the flags. The Association Contigo has given us the seal five years ago, after a Trainer had trained the teachers on the topic of bullying. Some of us have been trained over several days to Contact people for the school, among other things, I. For me the Training. Before, I was nervous before the conflict discussions with parents and children, teachers in the University have spoken with us, never about bullying.

For teachers without experience, it is not easy to differentiate, when a normal student conflict and when bullying when it comes to Trouble on the Playground and what time is really a group, over a longer period of time a classmate being bullied. As a teacher I don't get it. I've had students who sat quietly and unobtrusively in the classroom and in the break loudly against the other shot. The Training has given me a guideline that helps me in each Situation, the right steps. For example, we try to discuss exclusion is always at the pupil level, rather than the parents.

Because parents tend to be behind your child. With your protective instinct, you extend the conflict but, perhaps, other parents, or bring in a power to claim that you know about from your Job. To resolve the conflict, I use a method called the No-Blame approach. On blame and penalties will be waived. Instead, I develop with some fellow students concrete ideas on how each Individual can ensure that excluded pupils get back to school. In the beginning many of the teachers in the College were skeptical, but it is fascinating: The method works almost always.
