Roland Garros: "That's what I think", confirms Djokovic about Kosovo

"I could say it again, but I won't. A lot of people don't agree, but that's what I think,” said the Serb after his second-round victory at Roland-Garros.

As for his response to criticism from Minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra according to whom his remarks on Kosovo "heart of Serbia" were "not appropriate", Djokovic simply dropped a "no comment".

Monday, after his victory in the first round at Roland-Garros, he was invited like all the winners to write a word on the lens of one of the cameras on the court. He then wrote “Kosovo is the heart of Serbia. Stop the violence”, while the north of Kosovo has been the scene for several days of clashes between members of the international force led by NATO (KFOR) and Serb demonstrators.
