Baylor's DiJonai Carrington on Contentious no-call:'Film does N't lie'

Carrington had 22 points off the bench but it was the closing seconds that attracted the attention of everybody

Baylor's DiJonai Carrington ripped the referees' decision to swallow the whistle in the end of the match when she seemed to be fouled by UConn because she strove to provide the team the guide.

Carrington dribbled to her left and attempted to put a shot over two Huskies defenders. The shot fell short and Carrington was seeking a filthy, but the referees did not blow the whistle. Carrington ended with 22 points on 7-of-22 shooting off the seat.

The no-call did not sit well with Carrington following the match.

"You can not swallow your whistle if the match is at stake," Carrington tweeted. "Film doesn't lie."

She told colleagues:"I don't see it (a) controversial telephone. I saw it on the replay. 1 woman amazes me on my head and one woman amazes me about the arm"

UConn won the match, 69-67.

She also added three rebounds and three steals.

UConn will progress to the Final Four for the 13th consecutive time.

The Huskies have 11 NCAA championships but have not won because 2016. UConn is just two wins away from finishing that drought.
