Novak Djokovic sent out in the semi-final

There was a neat surprise for the tennisfans, since the last Novak Djokovic on Friday night had to say goodbye to the ATP tournament Qatar Open.

It was clear, as the serb in the semi-finals lost in three sets to Spanish Roberto Bautista Agut.

Roberto Bautista Agut is ranked as number 24 in the world, and he has found the good game forward first in the new year, when he in the quarterfinals also delivered the goods and sent Stanislas Wawrinka out of the tournament.

For Novak Djokovic, it was the new season's first defeat, which became a reality after more than two and a half hour tennis game.

Djokovic came on schedule, in time with the victory in the first set, which was Roberto Bautista Aguts first lost set in 2019.
