He's left the door open into another presidential run in 2024, and rumors have swirled he would run as a third party candidate, that would poorly splinter an already fractured GOP.
However, Trump's 2020 campaign senior advisor Jason Miller stated on Sunday the Trump"has made clear his objective is to win back the House and Senate to get Republicans at 2022."
"There is nothing that is actively being proposed regarding an attempt beyond this, but it is entirely up to Republican Senators if that is something which becomes more severe," Miller stated.
His remarks came just hours after New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman tweeted the former president was talked out of this notion of forming a third party and"is making apparent to people he's not pursuing it, each ppl recognizable w his believing."
At a farewell speech released only 1 day before he left office,'' Trump stated that the job of his motion would last, even as his term comes to a conclusion.
