The legislation requires HHS to report data about the number of people who have recovered from COVID-19 but then became infected by coronavirus. HHS is also required to report data on "breakthrough cases", or people who have been fully vaccinated and who are now suffering from COVID-19.

Lankford stated in a statement to Fox News Digital that the Biden Administration is so obsessed about their vaccine mandates, they refuse to even examine or release information on people who have natural immunity to COVID-19.
