The CDC now says vaccinated individuals can frequently ditch a mask when outdoors.
President Joe Biden, talking outdoors with no mask and denying that which he called the"dramatic progress" made in the struggle from the COVID-19 pandemic, on Tuesday echoed new CDC advice that completely vaccinated Americans can ditch their masks when outdoors oftentimes.
"Starting now, if you are completely vaccinated, and you are outside... and not in a huge audience, you do not have to put on a mask," Biden said, talking out about the White House grounds on a sunny spring day.
Biden highlighted that some actions are far safer than others, however, stated that the choice is in keeping with science.
"If you are both and completely vaccinated and outside in the open air"
Biden emerged in the White House wearing a mask, but noticed if asked by reporters he wouldn't put the mask back to return indoors keeping with the new advice.
