President Biden is forecast to sign executive orders Thursday aimed at becoming more Americans signed up for healthcare by reopening the national Health Insurance Marketplace through a special enrollment period of the Affordable Care Act.
Normal registration through Healthcare.gov is normally the last six months of every year and the special registration period will run from February through May, the White House stated in a release.
