Four apartments on the top two floors of the house in the city Sjachty has been destroyed. Over 200 rescuers working at the site.

On new year's eve killed 39 people when a building partially collapsed in the city of Magnitogorsk. Even where it is believed a gas explosion have been behind the accident.

Inhabitants of Magnitogorsk refuses to return to the ruined house
