New book: None of the suspects for Khashoggimordet has been arrested

The new data comes from an investigative journalist at the Daily Sabah, Ferhat Ünlü, who along with two colleagues, Abdurrahman Şimşek and Nazif Karaman, recently published a book about the murder of Khashoggi.

in the Turkish newspapers the Daily Sabah, and Hurriyet, it appears that the three journalists had access to an hour-long recording made at the consulate in connection with the murder. Where heard one of the saudis, doctor Salah al-Tubaigy suspected to have cut the body, say:

”I've never worked with a hot body before, but I can easily take care of him.”

Earlier on the same band, " says Khashoggi, according to the Daily Sabah:

”do you Intend to kill me? Do you intend to kill me?”

should Khashoggis last words have been: ”do not Cover my mouth, I have asthma, you will stifle me.”

the tape recording should also show that the saudis already from the beginning were prepared to take the life of Khashoggi:

”We will tell him we are going to bring him to Riyadh. If he refuses, then we kill him here and get rid of the body”, you hear one of the saudis say, according to the journalists.

Four of the people involved who have been identified by the united states, which also targeted sanctions against them and 14 other people, are the saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman near The saudi consul general in Istanbul, Mohammed Alotaibi, the former adviser to crown prince Saud al-Qahtani, doctor Salah al-Tubaigy and Maher Mutreb, a high-ranking saudi diplomat as the united states considers co-ordinated the murder.

saudi Arabia's said that the suspects were arrested and that five of those facing the death penalty. But according to the three journalists, who spoke with a source in the Turkish intelligence, none of the saudis have been deprived of liberty.

has attempted to track the suspects, including the discovery that Salah al-Tubaigy, which is therefore suspected to have the paragraph of the dead, is still in freedom:

"We have done an extensive investigation and have been able to confirm that al-Tubaigy and his family are currently living in a villa with swimming pool in Jeddah," says Abdurrahman Şimşek to Hurriyet.

A previously unknown film that leaked to a Turkish tv channel shows also how a number of people carry out several bags on the saudi consul's residence in Istanbul.

the Pictures seem to be taken on 2 October this year – the same day as the journalist Jamal Khashoggi disappeared without a trace after having visited the saudi consulate in Istanbul.

the news channel A Haber on Monday published a longer cut scene where you can see a number of men to carry several, what appear to be, heavy bags through the door to a residence.

According to Aljazeera, it is the door to the saudi consul's residence in Istanbul and the pictures match with the photos from home and the time code in the film shows that it is taken around the clock 15 on 2 October, the same day as Khashoggi disappeared.

the united states and Turkey have pointed out the saudi prince Mohammed bin Salman as the person responsible for the murder, something that saudi Arabia denied. Instead it has said that the Khashoggis death was ”non-authorized surgery gone wrong” and that the purpose was to download Khashoggi of saudi Arabia.
