"With a decree, we want to guarantee the possession of firearms for citizens without a criminal record," wrote the Ex-military on Saturday on Twitter. Already in the election campaign, Bolsonaro had announced, to facilitate access to weapons. So citizens could defend his opinion against Criminals.
