EU leaders agree – give the Uk time to October 31,

During the evening's discussions lay four different dates for a british exit on the table. Both Theresa Mays request a withdrawal on 30 June, but also three dates discussed within the EU member states; in the beginning of may (i.e. before the EU-elections on 23 may), the 31 december in the year to 31 march 2020.
