The District is the new international event dedicated to Real Estate from the perspective of capital and investment markets, a great summit that was born with the aim of becoming the real estate "Davos".
The event, which will be held from October 19 to 21 in Barcelona, will bring together more than 7,000 professionals from the entire value chain of the real estate industry to analyze the behavior of capital at the current level and anticipate investment trends for 2023.
Investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, alternative sources of financing, large landowners, administrations, operators, developers, brokers, marketing agencies, consultants or property managers will participate in the event to promote commercial activity and present projects that transform reference of the Real Estate business.
All of this will be organized around three main axes: the development of capital market structures, the value of complying with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, and the transformation experienced by the "asset classes" of Residential, Offices, Logistics, Hospitality, Retail and Alternatives, such as "build to rent" or "student housing".
The application of new technologies in real estate projects will also have its leading role in the event.
The stage that will bring together all the great experts will be The District World Summit 2022, the largest European congress focused on all sources of capital.
