the Actor Bradley Welsh died Wednesday, after he on the open street were shot down in the scottish city of Edinburgh. He was just 48 years old.

Welsh starred in the movie 'T2 Trainspotting' as Mr Doyle. There he played, among other things, opposite stars such as Ewan McGregor, Robert Carlyle, Ewen Bremner and Jonny Lee Miller.

According to the british newspaper The Guardian was Bradley Welsh shot near his home in the West End Wednesday evening. The police informs to the newspaper that a man was found badly injured at the scene on Chester Street, and that the victim died on the spot.

In a statement late Wednesday evening announced the scottish police that the death was treated as suspicious, and that the interrogations will continue.
