At first glance, it is a completely classic hairdressing salon, but Le Studio - located in the city center of Vittel in the Vosges - now displays a little unusual novelty, which has been making a lot of talk in recent weeks. 'She. The two managers, Fabrice Zanella and Anthony Hoffstetter, have in fact obtained the famous “License IV”, authorizing them to sell alcoholic drinks in their salon. An innovation that has not gone unnoticed: no less than three months of work were necessary for the owners to adapt their premises and be able to serve a coffee but just as well a Ricard or a whiskey to their customers.

“We made a menu (...) with a category of alcohols and soft drinks” like what is done in classic bars, explains Fabrice Zanella to our colleagues from France Bleu Grand Est, but holds everything similarly to specify that he “does not make cocktails”, “because we are not bartenders”. “The goal is to offer a unique moment,” he continues. “The Studio is not just a simple hair salon, but a place where we will do everything to ensure that you have a pleasant time.
