Bournemouth's young målmandstalent Aaron Ramsdale has tested positive for the coronavirus. He tells this to The Sun newspaper.
the Premier League club announced on Sunday that a player had been infected, but did not put name on.
The 22-year old Ramsdale was tested negative, within Bournemouth last Monday resumed training, but three days later showed a new test for the opposite result.
- I have been just as careful as before the shutdown. It seems to be on a shopping spree, I got it, he says.
He has no symptoms of the Covid-19, as virussygdommen states, but has now put himself in quarantine in his home.
- I isolates me in seven days. Of course, it is not optimal with regard to training, says Ramsdale, who is also the guardian of the goal for England's U21-national team.
His club have not commented on the unveiling in The Sun, but wrote Sunday on its website:
AFC Bournemouth can confirm that one of the club's players have tested positive for corona virus after the second exercise.
