80 percent of the Shisha-tobacco is smuggled

In Swiss hookah Bars is mainly used in smuggling of goods, – the chief of Department of customs investigations of the Federal customs administration said. The smuggling of hookah tobacco in Switzerland has assumed huge proportions.
