This week, I'm sharing a recipe that is a staple in our house. It's a dish I make when I have leftover roast chicken.
This is a cold chicken salad. It's very filling and delicious. You need to be mindful of how much food you throw away. This type of dish allows us to give leftover chicken another chance. It also gives us new and unique ways to enjoy it, which increases the variety of tastes and textures.
-Roasted chicken (2 legs)
-3 heads lettuce
1 spring onion
4 slices of natural pineapple
2 to 3 tablespoons of ketchup
-Juice from half an orange
Mix all ingredients together with a few rods. Then, put the sauce in a container and store it in the fridge.
Take out the leaves and cut them very thinly. Then wash it and dry it well.
The pineapple and the apple can be combined with the finely chopped onion. After removing the skin from the chicken, we crumble it and add it to the bowl.
Combine the sauce with the dish and serve cold.
