Only 17 percent - Greens at their lowest level since April

In a recent survey, the Greens slipped to their lowest level in more than half a year this weekend. In the Sunday trend, which the opinion research institute Insa collects for the "Bild am Sonntag", the Greens only come to 17 percent - that's one percentage point less than in the previous week and the lowest value since mid-April.

The Social Democrats can gain a point and come to 21 percent this week. The strongest force remains with 27 percent (plus one percentage point) and thus by a clear margin, the Union parties.

The FDP loses a point and comes to eight percent. The AfD remains at 15 percent, the left at five percent. The other parties together have an unchanged seven percent of the votes.

In the surveys of other institutes last week, the Union is between 26 and 28 percent, the SPD between 19 and 21 percent, the Greens between 19 and 20 percent, the AfD at 14 percent, the FDP between 6 and 8 percent, the left between 4 and 5 percent and all other parties together between 7 and 9 percent.

Insa surveyed 1286 people for the Sunday trend between November 1st and 4th.
