Debra Messing was told that she would not have to worry about it, but she had it anyway bad, when there should be ordered larger sizes to come home to her.

- I thought that my life would be so more easier, and it would make it easier for all others who would perform their work, if I just lost me, she says.

Therefore, she began to practice yoga and thought more about what she ate. It worked, and quickly she went one size down and got lots of praise, which only gave her more blood on the tooth.

She was nominated for a number of awards for his role in 'Will & Grace', and at that time there was also a large focus on the weight in Hollywood, she says.

- It should have been the best moment in my life, when I was nominated for an Emmy as best actress in a tv series, I loved, and I went on the red carpet. I went out, and it was an incredible feeling. But I stood by the side of all these other actresses that were half as big as me, and I felt bold and I felt ugly.


She ended up losing so much that at last she was a size two - XXS in Danish sizes.

- It is maintained I in a period of time ... and then I was sick. My body just couldn't keep to it. My adrenals said, I was exhausted, and it was clear to me that I could not remain healthy and still be a size two, " she says, and adds that she would wish that she had treated herself better.

- When I look back on the pictures, so I was of course beautiful. I am annoyed that that was my interpretation of reality, and that I had to undergo the kind of torture, she says.

Debra Messing was six times nominated for a Golden Globe for starring as Grace Adler in 'Will & Grace'. In addition, she was five times nominated for an Emmy for the role and won once.
