Erection in 22 hours may for some sound like an interesting and nice thing, but it can be worse, extremely painful.

- But I have not even heard about a similar case here in Denmark with increased priapism because of the substance melanotan. But there of course have been some cases.
Geisling says, moreover, that the substance melanotan may increase the risk of cancer in the pigment-cells, which, via the substance becomes overstimulated.
