The government will open for weddings from Monday

on Monday, there may perhaps again come time in familiefesterne after several months of corona to shut down.

Prime minister Mette Frederiksen suggests in a letter to the political parties and their leaders, to forsamlingsforbuddet from Monday raised to 50 persons. But there will be a number of exceptions, where even more people can be gathered.

It will say, that from Monday can be opened for weddings, football matches with seated spectators and summer activities, where the children are sitting down. Here a limitation, however, continue to be 500 persons.

Of the government's plan, it is apparent that the exception applies to both indoor and outdoor events. For example:

A wedding held in a restaurant or similar, which stands for the food and the premises.

A football game at the stadium with the seating.

- A general meeting held in a conference centre.

- Summer activities for children and young people.

For all of the activities, however, applies a maximum limit of 500 participants. This maximum limit does the government up to the need to continue also in the next stages of the reopening.

It will say that the government wants to maintain the limit of 500 participants, both at the genåbningens the next stage 8. July and 8. august.

Thus, for example, there is not view to large superligakampe or concerts with thousands of seated spectators before, at the earliest, in the autumn.

Mette Frederiksen provides in its letter, the political parties and their leaders forward to Saturday at 20.00 to comment or confirm whether they can accede to the government's draft agreement.
