at Least four people lost their lives when parts of a high-rise building came tumbling down in the city of Magnitogorsk in the south of Russia, reports Russian media.
Many of the residents were still asleep in the apartments of their then it was likely a gas explosion, occurred at 06-time on Monday morning local time.

It is not known whether they were in the apartment building when the accident happened.
According to the state news agency Ria are 48 apartments damaged by the explosion. It is not stated how many floors of the tower block had, but it must be registered 110 residents at the address.
