Robert Mueller has handed over the report on Russia-survey

UNITED states attorney general, William Barr, has received the report from special prosecutor Robert Mueller on Russia-survey. The study is thus completed.

I am writing to inform you about ( ... ) that special prosecutor Robert S. Mueller III has completed its investigation of Russian interference in the elections in 2016, and related cases.

the Rules of the special prosecutor, requires that I, as a supplement to local information gives you "a description and explanation of the events - if any - where the minister of justice" or the acting minister of justice "has concluded that an action proposed by the special prosecutor, has been so inappropriate or unnecessary in accordance with the ministry's existing practice, that it should not be implemented".
