Showbiz Niels Destadsbader has five MIA's won on the fourteenth edition of the Flemish music awards. The popular singer could have been nominations cashing in the categories ‘Album’, ‘Folk’, ‘Pop’, ‘Solo man’ and ‘Flemish popular’. Angèle follows in his wake with three awards for ‘Breakthrough’, ‘Artwork’ and ‘Solo female’. Striking: also Stromae won a MIA on a thief, his seventeenth. The most successful Dutch-language song of all time in Flanders and the Netherlands also wins the MIA for hit of the year.
