It's never fun to miss his plane. Never.
But for an american man at Boston Logan Airport in the state of Massachusetts, it must nevertheless have been extra bitter.
the Massachusetts State Police informs on Twitter that it ended up costing him almost a million Danish kroner.
the Reason is that the police found it suspicious that he twice had booked a flight to an area which is known to have large quantities of illicit drugs.
in Addition, had the man a large amount of money on themselves, and, therefore, chose the authorities to take him in for a talk. First he admitted that he had 40,000-50,000 dollars (the 270,000-338.000 Danish kroner, ed.) on themselves.
But later the police found out that he had accurately 138.980 dollars equivalent to 940.400 Danish crowns in her bag.
the Police decided that they would investigate the matter further, but the man refused to sign a declaration that the money belonged to him. He would rather get rid, and so he could leave the airport empty-handed.
the Police writes on Facebook that they will now investigate the matter further.
