The offended person pushed her friend away and took a taxi to a relative who notified police.
the Man who is now convicted, was arrested first in July, when the two attached and drank together again. It ended with that man in the 50 years fired two shots into the ceiling with a shotgun.
After having been questioned about the shootings, the man was confronted with the review from the year before. He acknowledged then straffskyld and said he had gone too far when my friend was sleeping. In court he changed his explanation, but was not believed.
He was sentenced to two years and three months in jail for both conditions. In addition, he must pay the 90,000 in damages to his friend, and haglgeværet will be forfeited.
