Kæmpetest of white Burgundy under $ 500.

I have taken the pulse of Burgundy for under 500 dollars. An area that in no way is easy to look at. Burgundy is in every way an enchanting wine district, where some of the world's greatest wines are produced. The total quantity is small, the district is small, and the demand worldwide is the exact opposite. All will drink Burgundy. Finessen in these wines when they hit the “bull's eye” is magical; it is what we, as Burgundy lovers chasing each time, we lirker the stopper of a bottle from the area. Demand chasing prices in the weather, so the correlation between price and quality in this area can not be compared with anything else. The lightning are in this category, up to 300 dollars a tasting of the input here. Our expectations went enough in the direction of the large manufacturers with their generic Bourgogne Blanc could deliver the good bottle of wine, and the wines from the southern Burgundy due to it's warmer climate will be more accessible— and it fit quite well. The level was high and there were very many good wines. Only a few fell through, but there was no direct correlation between price and quality. The best wines were typically around 200 dollars, but there was also the more expensive wines that disappointed.

A tasting, which clearly showed that one should look good for when you need to find good-value white Burgundy wines. There is no connection between price and quality; and because you choose a great white wine from Puligny or Chassagne, one is not sure it is worth the money. Conversely, one can find truly great wines in the southernmost part of Burgundy, which certainly is to pay. In general, there were many great wines, but, unfortunately, at least as many, which I think is not worth the money. It is expensive in Burgundy, and in the degree to look for.

Lovely open aroma with smørnoter and a little smoke from the dish. In the taste confirmed the dense fruit, and a balanced fadbrug. Extensive wine with a nice, long finish.

Serious nose, where the dish plays nicely with frugtintensiteten. The taste hangs nicely together, and the fruit is nicely ripe. Clean and quiet end.

Intense, in a way, where the dish bites a little, but the fruit is there. Here is a little smoke and good results. Nice length, with one part ripe fruit.

Classic nose of butter, smoke, results and spice. Wow! In the mouth shows the fruit itself more clearly, and it is fine and dancing, with a solid acid in the end, which remains wrapped in the texture and fruit. Nice wine and the exponent of the type.

Quiet nose with a little salt results and fine fruit. The taste is in good balance between frugtintensitet and fruit acids. Stick all the way in the end. A little a teddy bear, but in the nice way.
