Honest Springsteen speaks out on mental illness

In a recent interview with Esquire magazine feature tells rockstjernen Bruce Springsteen, he two times in his life is broken mentally together.

the First time was when he was in the 30's. The second time he was in the 60's.

- I have been close enough on the mental illness to know that I'm not even completely healthy, " says the 69-year-old singer, according to CNN.

In the interview, tells Springsteen and the challenges posed by mental illness has marked a large portion of his family.

He also says that he uses different kinds of medication to keep themselves mentally stable.

- I have had a lot of things, I have been obliged to work with over the years, and I use a number of different medications that keeps me on an even keel, otherwise I can have quite dramatic fluctuations, says Bruce Springsteen, to Esquire.

Although he has never been hospitalized in connection with his mental breakdowns, assesses Springsteen, that perhaps it would have been a good idea.

Especially in his second collapse, which he has described in his autobiography 'Born to Run' from 2016, was violent, he says.

- The only thing I can remember is that I had it really bad and cried for help, says Springsteen, and adds, that he does not remember how long the severe depression lasted.
