But after that Dale in august was replaced with partifelle Bård Hoksrud, who both are new in the job and are referred to as academically weaker than its predecessor, has agriculture's top official gone all the way to the top.
"Forsell sitting (...) in a position to influence a minister who still can little about agriculture," it says among other things in the jury's explanation.
Hoksrud end up on the fifth place, jury president Reidar Almås think is pretty impressive, considering the minister's lack of experience.
Hoksrud need to see himself beaten by his boss, the party leader and finance minister Siv Jensen, who finishes in third place. Johan johannson's, which is the largest shareholder in Norgesgruppen, get second place in this year's finals. Fourth place does not go to a person, but a phenomenon: climate change.
